📋 Description

• Own client relationships from strategy through execution across a focused book of 1 to 5 accounts, depending on complexity and spend • Lead weekly performance calls with founders, CMOs, and marketing directors • Work with the Head of Paid Media to develop cross-channel strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, CTV, and email • Shape budget allocation recommendations using attribution analysis and conversion data • Identify genuine performance issues versus normal variance, proactively flag problems, and bring solutions • Challenge client assumptions when data supports a better approach • Translate attribution data into clear, actionable business insights • Navigate conversations about underperformance, budget reallocation, and flawed test setups • Monitor cross-channel performance and identify optimization opportunities • Connect marketing performance to revenue, CAC payback, and LTV • Work with media buyers to translate strategy into implementation • Partner with the creative team on testing roadmaps and asset development • Manage timelines across creative production, web development, and campaign launches • Align agency operations with client business direction and manage multiple priorities • Explain Google campaign strategy and diagnostics, including Performance Max structures, branded spend, Shopify feeds, Merchant Center issues, attribution, and reporting differences • Lead client conversations about Meta and TikTok performance, including ASC scaling and Spark Ads

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing performance marketing campaigns or client accounts with strategic responsibility • Direct hands-on experience with Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Demand Gen • Working knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads sufficient to lead client conversations across all three channels • Fluency in GA4, Looker Studio, and cross-channel attribution • Experience with accounts spending $100K+ monthly, or equivalent complexity in budget management • Agency background strongly preferred; in-house candidates should have worked with external partners or executive-level stakeholders strategically • Proven ability to navigate difficult conversations and maintain trust when delivering hard truths • DTC or e-commerce experience required • Premium or luxury vertical strongly preferred • Comfortable in remote, async environments with distributed teams • Strong project management skills • Based in the United States or Canada
