📋 Description

• Act as the primary lead for all client and tenant communications and relationship management • Handle day-to-day property operations across assigned portfolios • Manage portfolios ranging from approximately 70 units for standard account managers up to 350 units for top performers • Conduct reading and writing-based tasks, primarily email correspondence and occasional outbound phone calls • Grow and scale assigned portfolios from approximately 100 units to 150 or 200+ units • Navigate unique, complex scenarios not explicitly covered by manuals or FAQs • De-escalate conflicts with clients and tenants while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic • Supervise, guide, and hold Virtual Assistants accountable • Oversee daily operations, workflows, and team performance

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in property management, particularly as a Leasing Agent, Property Management Assistant, or in a similar property operations role • Strong ability to oversee daily operations, workflows, and team performance • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing clients, tenants, and team members • Ability to supervise, guide, and hold Virtual Assistants accountable • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in complex situations • Able to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to changing operational needs • Comfortable working U.S. business hours and communicating clearly in English • Quiet home office work environment • Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps with internet backup available • Dependable electricity with power backup available • Intel Core i5 8th generation or higher, AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, or equivalent processor • 8 GB to 16 GB RAM or higher • Windows 10 or higher, or macOS Ventura, Sonoma, Sequoia, or Tahoe
