📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and optimize B2B demand generation and lead generation campaigns • Develop marketing strategies and high-converting ad copy across digital channels • Own campaign execution: identify what campaigns to run, when to run them, and how to scale them effectively • Manage and optimize campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot, Instantly, Active Campaign, Ahrefs, and more • Build and maintain B2B agency nurturing workflows to improve lead quality and conversion • Execute and refine on-page and backend technical SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and performance • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROI and pipeline growth • Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing (B2B preferred; agency experience is a plus) • Strong expertise in B2B demand generation, lead generation, and nurturing strategies • Proven track record of driving qualified leads and revenue growth • Solid understanding of on-page SEO and broader SEO principles • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Instantly, Active Campaign, Ahrefs, and more (or similar tools) • Strong ability to develop marketing strategy and ad copy that converts • Highly analytical, with a data-driven approach to decision-making • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and execution • A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM) • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
