📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications, internal tools, and integrations across multiple platforms • Manage CMS platforms, particularly WordPress, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance • Develop front-end interfaces and back-end logic, APIs, and database connections • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across web platforms, internal systems, and workflows • Document systems, architecture, and processes for cross-team accessibility • Implement API integrations and database connectivity solutions across company systems • Leverage automation tools like Zapier to streamline workflows and processes • Maintain and support company software and applications, including 1Password, Airtable, Amazon Seller Central, Asana, Google Workspace, Helium 10, HubSpot, Jotform, Microsoft Office, Monday.com, Slack, Time Doctor, and WordPress • Analyze data and create charts, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making • Utilize advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools to process and present data effectively • Ensure system compliance with security standards, including antivirus, firewall, and two-factor authentication • Communicate technical requirements and solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to deliver integrated technical solutions • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to other developers or team members when required • Contribute to process improvements and system optimizations across the organization • Train team members on system usage, workflows, and technical tools as needed • Document and share knowledge to improve team efficiency and continuity • Support ad-hoc tasks in line with organizational needs and priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, SQL, and Python • Experience with GitHub and version control workflows • Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and development best practices • Familiarity with front-end and back-end development and database management • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to new tools and technologies • A computer with dual monitor setup is required • Computer with at least 8GB of RAM • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed • Camera with at least 1080p resolution
