📋 Description

• Gather and document business requirements across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations • Translate business needs into process flows, functional designs, and system configurations • Maintain standardized processes and documentation across multiple plants/sites • Participate in ERP implementation activities, including testing, training, and deployment support • Support Epicor Kinetic modules, including Manufacturing, Inventory, MRP, and Finance • Collaborate with IT and technical teams on reporting, data validation, and issue resolution • Assist plant operations teams in improving production reporting, data accuracy, and system adoption • Support User Acceptance Testing, training sessions, and end-user documentation • Track project tasks, action items, and follow-ups across implementation efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a business analyst, operations, or manufacturing-related role preferred • Exposure to ERP systems (Epicor experience preferred but not required) • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (shop floor operations, inventory, or supply chain) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to learn quickly and translate business needs into structured documentation • Internship or hands-on experience supporting ERP implementation or system enhancements • Exposure to data analysis, reporting tools, or dashboards • Familiarity with manufacturing environments or operations workflows • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field • Willingness to travel 50–75% to support onsite implementations, training, and go-live activities
