📋 Description

• Identify business needs, analyze processes, and provide data-driven insights • Collaborate with management, clients, technical teams, external partners, and other stakeholders • Gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, integration requirements, and system dependencies • Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to validate business and technical needs • Analyze system workflows and data exchange processes to identify inefficiencies • Create process flow diagrams, business process models, and technical documentation • Collect and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and process improvement opportunities • Develop reports and dashboards to communicate findings • Develop, code, test, and maintain automated document templates with conditional logic, data-driven fields, calculations, and system-generated content • Troubleshoot document-generation issues involving templates, data mapping, conditional logic, formatting, and application integrations • Collaborate with technical teams on solution design • Support improvement of business processes, systems, and workflows • Assist with test plan creation and execution • Participate in user acceptance testing and coordinate stakeholder validation • Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards • Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions • Facilitate alignment between business needs and system capabilities • Assist project managers with timeline tracking, resource allocation, and risk management • Support solution implementation and continuous improvement initiatives • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Minimum 2–3 years as a Business Analyst • Experience with case management systems or enterprise applications • Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis • Familiarity with Agile methodology and Scrum framework • Experience developing and maintaining automated document templates using document automation and document assembly platforms • Experience with conditional logic, variable/data mapping, document assembly, and template testing/troubleshooting • Experience with document automation and document assembly platforms • Proficiency in SQL, data validation, and troubleshooting • Knowledge of project management principles and practices • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, and ticketing/project tools • Experience with system implementation, testing, and quality assurance • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Certification in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA) preferred • Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use • Visual acuity to review data, documentation, and system interfaces • Ability to operate a computer, telephone, and office equipment
