📋 Description

• Analyze claims processing trends and productivity results • Make recommendations to improve business processes and support clients’ technological aspirations • Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports supporting Claims Operations • Provide actionable recommendations to leadership based on data findings • Bridge clients, project managers, and technical personnel to define, track, and communicate business requirements and expected impact • Build basic conceptual data and process models • Participate in technical reviews and inspections to ensure the intent of change is carried out through every project phase

🎯 Requirements

• Three or more years of experience in business analysis, reporting, data analytics, healthcare operations, or claims processing • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and formulas • Experience creating operational dashboards and management reports • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills • Must be located within California • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation
