📋 Description

• Run and monitor pay cycles for multiple Medicaid clients, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing • Validate pay cycle data to confirm accuracy and compliance with Medicaid regulations • Research and troubleshoot discrepancies, resolving issues promptly to maintain smooth operations • Analyze financial and payroll data to identify trends, prevent errors, and improve efficiency • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations • Maintain detailed documentation and reporting for audit and compliance purposes

🎯 Requirements

• Three or more years of Business Analyst experience in healthcare or Medicaid translating technical goals and requirements into real action for clients • Proficiency in data analysis and troubleshooting financial discrepancies • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple pay cycles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • 6+ months of experience with SQL Server, including reading and writing queries for data validation and analysis • Ability to work some nights and weekends • Accounting background is a plus • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation • Photo will be taken during screening for verification in all steps of the recruitment process • Stable internet connection and a quiet location for screenings, interviews, and meetings • Video is required for screenings and interviews • Do not use AI tools, virtual backgrounds/filters, or visual enhancements during the interview
