🎯 Requirements

• High school Diploma or GED Equivalent • Ability to develop good rapport with management in all Luminare Health Benefits locations • Ability to research and learn by contacting other SMEs in the company • Extensive attention to detail with analytical and critical thinking skills • Ability to resolve issues and determine solutions with limited management • Self-driven and self-motivated • Remote employees must live within the continental United States, excluding Alaska, California, Hawaii, or New York • PowerStepp experience preferred
