📋 Description

• Prepare and record journal entries and perform account reconciliations for monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes • Maintain accounting records and supporting schedules for corporate balance sheet and income statement accounts • Support accounting and reporting for fixed assets, leases, debt, equity transactions, payroll and bonus accruals, contingent liabilities, and other corporate accounting activities • Assist with acquisition accounting, including purchase accounting entries and post-acquisition balance sheet integration • Prepare financial analyses and reconciliations for management reporting, audits, and external financial reporting • Collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, Payroll, Human Resources, Legal, and Operations teams • Prepare audit schedules and provide documentation for internal and external audits • Improve accounting processes, internal controls, and month-end close efficiency • Participate in special projects, system implementations, and corporate finance initiatives • Perform other assigned accounting and financial reporting duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required • 1–4 years of progressive accounting experience • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP • Knowledge of month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, and complex formulas • Experience with ERP and financial management systems • Public accounting or corporate accounting experience preferred • Healthcare or multi-entity organization experience is a plus • Familiarity with lease accounting (ASC 842) preferred • Experience in a multi-entity or multi-location healthcare environment
