📋 Description

• Launch new infusion centers from planning through project completion • Deliver center openings efficiently, scalably, and on schedule while meeting budget requirements • Track project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and blockers • Align departments on deliverables, deadlines, and readiness requirements • Partner with local market owners to coordinate facility readiness, inventory and equipment setup, and patient value • Work closely with the Director of Implementation • Travel to new and upcoming centers 2–3 days per week for three weeks each month

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Project Coordination, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience • 2–5 years of project management preferred • Strong project coordination and communication skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and budgets • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, and similar tools • Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization • Must be able to lift 25+ lbs • Must be mobile and standing for 5–6 hours when completing a center setup • Must live in close proximity to a major international airport • EST or CST timezone preferred • Negative TB test within the last two years • Current BLS certification • Hepatitis B and influenza vaccination records requested during onboarding
