• Partner with supervisors and managers to understand goals, workflows, and operational challenges and translate them into practical technology solutions. • Identify root causes and design custom, configured, or process-based solutions. • Build trackers, spreadsheets, dashboards, forms, and templates using prebuilt and no-code tools. • Explore creative approaches and evaluate low-cost or prebuilt solutions. • Automate repetitive work and connect tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, forms, and automation platforms. • Configure and roll out reliable, secure, easy-to-use solutions within approved organizational platforms. • Train leaders and provide guidance so they can use and maintain solutions independently. • Gather requirements, deliver initial versions, and iterate based on feedback. • Maintain documentation and reusable templates. • Collaborate with senior IT staff, systems administrators, and vendors; escalate complex work beyond the role's scope. • Follow HIPAA, data privacy, and IT security policies and safeguard PHI. • Report to the IT Manager and work closely with senior IT staff, systems administrators, and department leaders; no direct reports.
• Associate degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. • One or more years of experience building practical technology solutions, analyzing business needs, or supporting operational teams; internships and relevant coursework considered. • Hands-on proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365, especially Google Sheets or Excel formulas, data organization, basic dashboards, forms, and templates. • Ability to understand business problems and design practical, easy-to-use solutions. • Resourceful, creative mindset and comfort with out-of-the-box approaches and configuring prebuilt tools. • Strong interpersonal skills for partnering with non-technical supervisors and managers. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in plain language. • Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize effectively, and follow through to delivery. • Preferred: experience creating dashboards, trackers, or reporting tools. • Preferred: familiarity with no-code/low-code and automation tools such as Google Apps Script, Power Automate, or Zapier. • Preferred: healthcare or regulated-environment experience, including HIPAA and PHI handling. • Preferred: exposure to EHR/EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner/Oracle Health, or athenahealth. • Preferred: industry certifications such as Google Workspace Administrator or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.
