📋 Description

• Manage onboarding and ongoing technical support for multiple complex projects automating electronic orders and results • Perform preliminary assessments of new data sources • Assist clients and project managers with effort estimation and project-scope refinement • Lead development, testing, and support for networking and interoperability solutions between Myriad and external clinics and providers • Apply programming concepts and tools, including source control, development-environment management, code merges, and deployments • Serve as technical lead and advocate for best practices and improvements in interface implementations and data transformations • Provide training and ongoing technical support to non-technical teammates • Navigate difficult client conversations with professional written and verbal communication • Create detailed project documentation for clean handoffs to support teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • U.S. citizen or Green Card holder • Living full-time in the United States • Expert knowledge in HL7 (V2.x), with ability to read specifications for HL7 v3 (C-CDA), FHIR (r4), IHE ITI, or EDI X12 (Claims) • Expert proficiency in Mirth, including JavaScript or other common interface engines • Ability to administer, set up, maintain, and automate interfaces • Understanding of network protocols, connectivity types, and secure interoperability solution design • Intermediate SQL proficiency, including complex joins, limited to querying and reporting • Software engineering fundamentals for web-based and cloud-based applications • Ability to investigate and troubleshoot production issues on multiple platforms • Exposure to Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) concepts and processes • Active Advanced Mirth Certification preferred • Python and/or software development knowledge is a bonus
