📋 Description

• Lead the introduction and clinical adoption of Precise MRD during a phased national launch. • Develop and execute strategic territory plans focused on market expansion, early-adopter engagement, and long-term growth. • Identify and develop strategic oncology accounts that can accelerate regional awareness and utilization of Precise MRD. • Build and maintain strong relationships with community oncology practices, academic centers, and integrated delivery networks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field preferred. • 7+ years of successful sales experience in oncology, molecular diagnostics, biotech, or a related healthcare sector preferred. • Proven success launching new technologies or driving adoption in complex healthcare environments strongly preferred. • Experience expanding business within large health systems and integrated delivery networks preferred. • Strong clinical acumen with the ability to interpret and communicate scientific data effectively.
