📋 Description

• Support day-to-day relationships with key partner contacts and coordinate recurring partner touchpoints • Assist with quarterly business reviews by preparing materials, tracking action items, and following up on commitments • Maintain partner documentation and socialize updates internally • Identify and track joint opportunities with sales and partner teams • Support partner processes to accelerate opportunities through the pipeline • Assist with Market Development Funds (MDF) requests, tracking, and reporting • Coordinate joint go-to-market initiatives, including campaigns, webinars, and field events • Support development of partner-facing and internal enablement assets, such as battlecards, one-pagers, and solution overviews • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to package services with partner technologies • Participate in partner and industry events as needed • Stay current on technology and partner ecosystem trends and share insights internally • Track and report partner activities and performance metrics • Coordinate across sales, engineering, operations, and marketing on alliance initiatives • Identify and escalate security risks and contribute to remediation efforts • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the United States • 3+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, channel programs, or business development (technology preferred) • Familiarity with technology solutions and commercial concepts, including cloud, infrastructure, networking, security, and partner programs • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and follow through on details • Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating across internal teams and external partners • Proficiency with common productivity tools, such as Microsoft 365, and CRM/partner portals (experience preferred) • Ability to use AI tools to maximize productivity and efficiency and automate manual tasks • Experience working with technology vendors and their partner programs preferred • Experience supporting joint marketing initiatives or sales enablement efforts preferred • Must complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies
