📋 Description
• Build and support a new YouTube channel • Edit 8–12-minute videos covering management, financial performance, and profitability from a CEO’s perspective • Create high-quality, calm, modern talking-head/business video edits • Ensure strong pacing, excellent audio, and clean color grading • Tastefully integrate existing graphics and visuals • Develop clear, curiosity-driven thumbnail concepts for a CEO/CFO audience • Create original thumbnail variations and constructively challenge provided concepts
🎯 Requirements
• Very strong video editing and thumbnail design skills • Proficiency in graphic design • Good understanding of YouTube packaging • Ability to develop clear, quickly understandable thumbnail concepts using few elements, strong visual clarity, and curiosity • Ability to create original variations and challenge ideas constructively • German proficiency at B2, C1, or C2 level
