📋 Description

• Lead warm, engaging 10–15 minute introductory calls with readers • Identify promising stories and recommend the best content format and level of involvement • Capture future story ideas and invite introductions to other readers • Ask readers to recommend local businesses for potential magazine features • Share relevant details with the content production team for follow-up • End calls with clear next steps, shared expectations, and agreed-upon follow-up • Provide content production with handoff notes containing story ideas, reader preferences, key details, and next steps • Keep reader and opportunity records up to date in monday.com • Review AI-generated notes and recommendations for accuracy before approval • Report to the Director of Content Operations

• Build trust quickly and recognize when readers are interested, hesitant, or uncomfortable • Listen closely and ask thoughtful follow-up questions that keep conversations natural and engaging • Turn conversations into clear summaries and practical recommendations • Keep accurate records and follow through on commitments • Use good judgment to match story ideas with publication needs and reader interests • Make handoffs useful with clear details • Stay open to learning new tools and workflows • Apply feedback and take responsibility for AI-supported work • Ability to use monday.com and review AI-generated notes and recommendations for accuracy
