📋 Description

• Understand client business use cases and technical requirements and convert them into technical designs • Own the architecture and technical vision for AI-powered user-facing applications built with Python, React, and Generative AI • Design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient backend platforms for LLM inference, RAG pipelines, and agent-based orchestration • Define frontend architecture and UX patterns for AI-native applications, including conversational interfaces, copilots, and intelligent dashboards • Lead complex GenAI workflows combining LLMs, tools, APIs, structured data, and user context • Establish engineering standards for prompt design, model integration, evaluation, and observability • Drive GenAI platformisation through reusable components, SDKs, and frameworks • Partner with product, design, data, and business leaders to translate strategic objectives into scalable technical solutions • Review critical designs and codebases, unblock teams, and raise engineering standards • Lead technical discovery and solutioning for high-impact initiatives, including client or executive-facing workshops • Ensure security, privacy, compliance, governance, and responsible AI practices • Use AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot and Claude Code while maintaining production quality • Map technical decisions to requirements and translate them for developers • Identify and narrow solution options to meet client requirements • Define guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements • Write and review architecture, framework, and high-level design documents • Review architecture and designs for extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, and NFRs • Develop overall solutions and define technologies, patterns, and frameworks • Apply technology integration learnings in projects • Resolve code and review issues through systematic root-cause analysis • Carry out proofs of concept to validate designs and technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Total experience 9+ years • Experience in software engineering with strong depth in Python • Experience developing microservices and APIs using Python, FastAPI, and Node.js • Proven experience architecting and delivering production-grade Generative AI applications at scale • Strong system design skills across backend, frontend, and AI infrastructure layers • Ability to architect and implement scalable ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions, including LLMs, RAG, and autonomous agents • Experience in Enterprise Architecture and Solution Design • Ability to build end-to-end AI pipelines and integrate vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, and Milvus • Experience deploying secure, production-grade hybrid and cloud AI solutions using AWS, GCP, or Azure • Experience with CI/CD, AI-assisted code optimization, and strict access control • Experience defining technical strategy and influencing architecture across teams or pods • Ability to mentor junior engineers and drive agile workflows using Jira • Strong grasp of AI Governance and Responsible AI, multi-cloud AI platform architecture, AgentOps/GenAIOps, Knowledge Graphs, and Semantic Layer Architecture • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into durable technical architectures • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders and technical leadership • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
