📋 Description

• Establecer metas de ventas anuales y trabajar para lograrlas • Habilitar estrategias para encontrar nuevos prospectos y convertirlos en clientes • Interactuar con niveles de alta dirección en los clientes y dentro de Nagarro • Determinar estrategias de búsqueda, desarrollar planes de mensajes para clientes y relaciones, y aplicar estrategias y prácticas de transformación digital de clase mundial • Establecer relaciones sólidas y a largo plazo con clientes y socios clave • Colaborar con el equipo de preventas para crear propuestas personalizadas • Mantenerse al tanto de las últimas tendencias y desarrollos en servicios de TI • Asistir a eventos de la industria relevantes, conferencias y ferias comerciales para representar a la empresa

🎯 Requirements

• Al menos 8-12 años de experiencia en ventas en una empresa de productos/plataforma o una firma de consultoría de TI • Excelentes conexiones con clientes de nivel C • Logro demostrado de cuotas progresivamente más altas a lo largo de los años • Buen conocimiento de servicios de TI • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales • Mentalidad cazadora; capacidad para vender soluciones grandes y complejas • Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones • Título de licenciatura o superior en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería, Gestión o campo relacionado
