📋 Description

• Lead the design, evolution, and governance of end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business and customer needs • Collaborate with System Architects and engineering teams to define architecture roadmaps and ensure technical feasibility • Support Solution Trains and Agile Release Trains, including Program Increment planning and architecture alignment • Develop and maintain the Architectural Runway • Drive architecture decisions across cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, data platforms, and enterprise systems • Promote data governance, data quality, security, and compliance best practices • Support creation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and modern engineering practices • Advise business stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and delivery teams • Ensure consistency of technology approaches across teams, programs, and suppliers • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance business value and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or a similar senior role • Strong experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences or other highly regulated environments • Proven experience with SAFe / Agile at scale • Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, APIs, integration, data platforms, CI/CD, and enterprise architecture principles • Understanding of data governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and business audiences • Experience working with global, cross-functional teams
