⢠Provide functional knowledge and subject matter expertise for assigned applications ⢠Perform assigned application support activities ⢠Elicit, analyze, document, validate, and maintain business and functional requirements ⢠Create, update, and maintain work items in AzDO within five business days ⢠Decompose requirements and stories into sprint-sized work and assist with Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done ⢠Identify and document tasks required to complete Product Backlog Items in AzDO ⢠Develop PBI estimates and project roadmaps ⢠Establish and maintain requirements traceability and dependencies in AzDO ⢠Maintain the Product Backlog in alignment with Agile cadence ⢠Support development priorities in accordance with the Program Backlog ⢠Adhere to Scrum and Agile Kanban practices and participate in Scrum events and artifacts ⢠Facilitate and participate in Scrum and Agile events ⢠Support the full System/Software Development Lifecycle, including requirements, analysis, design, development, testing, security, and deployment ⢠Coordinate analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment activities for assigned stories ⢠Propose Minimum Viable Product solutions ⢠Develop documentation according to Agile Scrum best practices and the NAVSUP BSC Service Delivery Model ⢠Define or modify system and application interfaces and document interface agreements ⢠Translate functional designs into detailed logic supporting software coding ⢠Review module and system designs for validity ⢠Perform testing against Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done ⢠Prepare release packages for Government approval ⢠Provide pre-implementation training resources ⢠Support resolution of Production Outages ⢠Define and deliver project metrics with the Government PO/PM and Scrum Master ⢠Provide application Transfer of Knowledge through lesson plans and knowledge-transfer activities ⢠Mentor Government team members daily and support their independent performance of analyst activities ⢠Document mentoring and knowledge-transfer activities for monthly progress reports
⢠Must be a U.S. citizen ⢠Must be able to successfully complete the background investigation required for a Public Trust position ⢠Minimum of three (3) years of experience with Agile concepts and principles and experience participating as a member of Agile teams ⢠Minimum of five (5) years of experience eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements ⢠Minimum of two (2) years of college/work experience, in accordance with contract requirements ⢠Demonstrated ability to elicit, document, analyze, and validate business and functional requirements ⢠Knowledge and practical experience with Agile concepts, principles, practices, and team-based delivery ⢠Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL and Microsoft Excel ⢠Strong analytical skills and ability to derive meaningful insights from data ⢠Ability to identify, analyze, and assist in resolving complex business and functional problems ⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills ⢠Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and completeness ⢠Ability to adapt to changing business needs, priorities, requirements, and Agile delivery schedules ⢠Ability to establish effective working relationships and collaborate within cross-functional Government and contractor teams ⢠Knowledge of business processes, applicable industry trends, and business analysis best practices ⢠Ability to think strategically and align solutions with organizational and program goals ⢠Prior DoN or DoW information technology experience is a plus ⢠Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers ⢠Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations ⢠Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer
