📋 Description

• Own Nametag’s technical documentation for customers • Write user manuals, step-by-step instructions, API guides, release notes, and online help FAQs • Follow and maintain company style guides for consistent messaging • Review documentation to fix errors and incorporate feature updates • Use customer support data to improve confusing parts of guides • Track page views and user ratings to measure document helpfulness • Test software directly to ensure manual steps are accurate • Work closely with engineering and product leadership on customer guidance decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future need for visa sponsorship • 5+ years of experience turning complex processes into simple documentation • Understanding of user experience principles to lay out articles intuitively • Experience working within fast-paced software development cycles and sprints • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python to document APIs • Fast technical learning and curiosity about identity security • Bonus: experience working in a security, identity, or B2B SaaS environment
