📋 Description
• Work directly with customers from technical evaluations through production and beyond • Lead customer calls, pairing sessions, and technical deep dives • Build integrations and resolve complex implementation and platform issues • Ship full-stack product improvements from design through deployment • Keep customers informed with clear updates, expectations, and next steps • Shape the product roadmap based on customer feedback
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience • Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written • Customer-facing skills • Ability to debug APIs, integrations, and production systems • Experience translating customer needs into product solutions • Ability to manage multiple customer priorities and follow through reliably • Experience with developer tools or customer-facing engineering is a plus • Typescript and Node knowledge • Previous experience at a developer-tool company or working on internal tooling for developers
