📋 Description

• Distribute weekly onboarding status snapshots to recruiters to confirm ESD timelines and credentialing progress • Ensure sponsorship documentation is completed accurately and received prior to provider start dates • Partner with Scheduling to confirm required system setup is completed before a provider’s first day • Deliver provider welcome communications, including system access instructions and troubleshooting contacts • Liaise between Recruiting, Credentialing, Scheduling, and Finance teams for seamless provider transitions • Utilize QGenda and iPro Analytics to validate locations, shifts, and hours billed within Ringo • Enforce QGenda compliance standards for accurate time capture and reporting • Cross-reference provider contracts with invoices for GTE, overtime rates, and regulatory compliance • Process requests to input, adjust, and reconcile QGenda punches • Identify and resolve billing or contract issues with internal stakeholders and agency partners • Support payroll processing by reviewing and submitting assigned payroll information accurately and on time • Coordinate locums providers from onboarding through timekeeping, billing, and payroll

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience • 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, workforce management, staffing operations, or related field • Strong attention to detail with the ability to audit data for accuracy and compliance • Experience working with scheduling or workforce management systems; QGenda experience preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools • Excellent cross-functional communication and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
