📋 Description

• Lead development and commercialization of the Altera™ tumor genomic profiling product line • Develop and execute the product roadmap • Prioritize features and initiatives while balancing customer needs and operational constraints • Collaborate with Molecular Biology R&D, Software Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Clinical/Medical, Operations, Regulatory, and Business Development • Oversee product performance, identify key metrics, and drive continuous improvement • Analyze performance data and implement changes to improve quality, efficiency, and competitiveness • Conduct Voice of Customer interviews, market research, and competitive analysis • Validate features, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure product-market fit • Identify business opportunities and create financial models for strategic investments • Develop business cases and present data-driven strategies to senior leadership • Define product positioning, launch strategies, and marketing collateral with Marketing • Communicate product vision, progress, and roadmap updates to stakeholders • Ensure cross-department collaboration to achieve business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields • 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in product management, product marketing, commercialization, or strategic consulting • Experience with oncology products, diagnostics, or medical devices, particularly in molecular testing or somatic biomarker testing, is strongly preferred • Proven track record of leading product management initiatives in the life sciences or biotech industry • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams • In-depth understanding of core technologies and ability to translate customer needs into value propositions • Project and process management abilities • Basic financial modeling skills and ability to develop business cases are a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical skills for data-informed decision-making and identifying market opportunities
