📋 Description

• Oversees and manages all aspects and functions of the Funding Department • Manages the Funding Leadership Team within the assigned territory, ensuring job duties meet or exceed NSM standards • Coordinates with Divisional Vice Presidents, Regional Area Directors, Branch Leaders, Assistive Technology Professionals, and other leadership and support personnel • Manages transaction cycle time from Ready to Process to Funding Approval • Coordinates hiring, training, mentoring, performance, continuing education, and career development of the Funding Specialist Team • Develops and maintains training materials, guides, and progress reporting • Manages career development of the Funding Leadership Team • Monitors Funding Specialist and Lead Funding Specialist productivity, quality, and compassion • Directs work order caseloads and shifts responsibilities when necessary • Coordinates temporary coverage to ensure timely, high-quality order processing • Shares Key Performance Indicators with the direct-report team and stakeholders • Calculates and requests monthly bonus payments for the direct-report team • Manages the credit exception process for expedited delivery when appropriate • Resolves employee and client conflicts and escalates unresolved issues • Handles payroll and administrative functions for direct reports • Completes continuing education on company policies, procedures, payer issues, and updates • Performs related duties assigned by the Division Funding Director • Performs position expectations professionally and with minimal supervision

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Complex Rehab Technology Funding operations • 2 years of experience managing a minimum of 10 direct reports • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook • Ability to review, analyze and interpret general business reports, technical procedures, work instructions and governmental regulations • Must meet minimum productivity and quality standards • Must maintain regular and predictable attendance • Must adhere to the work from home policy and requirements
