📋 Description

• Support fundraising strategy and operations for the Global Priorities team • Manage and maintain donor and prospect data within TNC’s BBCRM system • Pull, analyze, and produce reports • Track portfolio activity, performance, and key fundraising metrics • Maintain prospect pipelines and prepare materials for strategy discussions • Coordinate complex scheduling among fundraisers, leadership, and external stakeholders • Ensure data integrity to guide engagement plans and decision-making • Develop, document, and refine processes and workflows • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot system questions and reinforce best practices • Support operational improvements, administrative activities, and special projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1-year experience or equivalent combination • Experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading • Experience managing diverse activities to meet deadlines • Experience working and communicating with a wide range of people • Experience managing and organizing data, systems, and processes • Experience coordinating projects, timelines, and communications across stakeholders • Ability to operate in a fast-paced fundraising environment • Must meet The Nature Conservancy's background screening requirements
