📋 Description

• Provide administrative and project support to the North America Managing Director for Conservation, program directors, and their teams • Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and process expense reports • Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, working sessions, and in-person events • Plan and coordinate annual budget and PPP cycle meetings and processes • Maintain meeting agenda planning, coordination, and tracking spreadsheets • Prepare background materials for executive meetings and presentations • Handle virtual calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to appropriate parties • Assist in communication planning and execution • Manage projects by setting deadlines, managing timelines, and ensuring project-member accountability • Provide input to project teams for new initiatives and improvements to existing programs • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information • Prioritize tasks independently and use judgment to identify and solve problems • Travel and work flexible hours as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years related experience, or equivalent combination • Experience generating reports and analyzing and interpreting data • Experience managing the schedule and contacts of a senior leader • Experience coordinating projects • Experience using Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Ability to implement complex processes • Proficiency in Teams, Mural, Box, Zoom, and SharePoint preferred • Demonstrated experience using diplomacy and tact to build strong relationships and motivate staff • Experience interpreting guidelines to achieve desired results • Successful experience implementing strategic program goals • Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experiences appreciated • Ability to support partners across multiple time zones, including the Alaska Time Zone • Successful applicant must meet The Nature Conservancy’s background screening requirements
