📋 Description

• Implement strategies supporting prospect identification, segmentation, and assignment recommendations • Provide prospect management services to fundraising teams • Develop and implement processes and communication strategies for managing high-potential donors and prospects • Collaborate with Business Unit fundraising staff • Conduct portfolio reviews and consultations with fundraisers • Provide information for fundraising decision-making and problem-solving • Work with Prospect Management analytics staff to capture, analyze, and guide major gift prospect activity • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align approaches and optimize outcomes • Manage recurring team outreach processes with Business Units • Refine services for stakeholder needs • Enhance team systems and tools • Analyze situations, evaluate alternatives, and implement solutions • Travel occasionally and work long and flexible hours as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years related experience or equivalent combination • Experience managing and implementing multiple projects • Experience supervising staff, interns, and/or volunteers • Experience with current and evolving technology in relevant field • Experience working with cross-functional teams • Experience creating reports, manipulating, and analysing data, and communicating results to non-technical audiences • Successful completion of The Nature Conservancy's background screening process • Employees must submit their application by logging into Workday and applying via the Jobs Hub
