📋 Description

• Lead or support planning, analysis, and execution of QA activities across the Software Development Life Cycle • Ensure scrum-team work has clear, mutually agreed acceptance criteria • Write, execute, and maintain manual test cases based on user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria • Execute or interpret regression, performance, and validation testing • Track and report defects • Validate integrations with backend systems such as eligibility engines and document uploads • Perform accessibility testing and ensure compliance with relevant policies • Collaborate with product managers, project managers, designers, developers, and test automation engineers • Log detailed, actionable bug reports with reproduction steps, screenshots, and expected versus actual results • Support digital products for a state program

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience conducting manual testing of software products • Understanding of QA methodologies including manual, automated, integration, and performance testing • Strong analytical skills in problem solving, test planning, and risk evaluation • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to work independently, multitask, and adjust to changing project needs • Strong documentation and test planning abilities • High level of attention to detail • Legal authorization to work in the United States • Ability to meet other requirements for applicable government contracts • Work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship now or in the future • May be subject to a government background check or security clearance • Must reside in one of the listed states • Must work from the contiguous United States
