• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets • Drive new and existing account growth • Educate customers on product clinical value, safety, and indications • Engage in a consultative selling process to identify customer pain points • Manage territory efficiently through strategic call planning • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • 7+ years in healthcare sales • 5+ years in a start-up environment (preferred) • 3+ years selling Laboratory Developed Tests (LDTs) to healthcare providers treating cancer (strongly preferred) • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals • Experience launching new LDTs and managing large, multi-state territories independently • Demonstrated success in complex and strategic sales processes • Knowledge of complex selling methodologies (e.g. Miller Heiman) • Successful engagement with Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Otolaryngologists, and Colorectal Surgeons • Strong relationships with key academic centers • Proficient in Excel, Salesforce.com, and Tableau for data analysis • Effective communication and presentation skills • Valid U.S. driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
