📋 Description

• Understand plan formulary design and contracting potentials for client-specific setups • Analyze claims data to ensure accuracy of contract processing and direct pharmaceutical manufacturer contracts • Establish recommendations to clients for contract optimization • Provide sales and RFP support for prospective clients, client renewals, and market checks • Work with Finance and Underwriting teams to evaluate contracts and manage pricing risk • Support contract review, data entry, evaluation, and reconciliation of client contract financial guarantees • Facilitate successful delivery of information for decision-making • Serve as a direct contact for Client Services on client-specific contract reporting, guarantee questions, and data analysis • Coordinate with Analytics on contract reporting environments • Assist with new contract program initiatives and expansion of contract forecasting • Serve as subject matter expert for internal, external, manufacturer, client, and regulatory audits • Lead and coordinate government-related or regulated reporting • Review discount strategy and pharmaceutical manufacturer contracts • Set up and maintain parameters in the contract processing system and correctly allocate payments • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 3-5 years of managed care/pharmacy benefits management or pharmaceutical experience required • Pharmacy technician license preferred • Pharmacy technician, trade, Industry Relations, and/or analytical experience preferred • Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturer contracts, rebate or discount programs, contract invoicing and reconciliation, or industry relations • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail • Demonstrated experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and translating findings into actionable business recommendations • Knowledge of formulary management, pharmacy claims, manufacturer contracting, and PBM financial arrangements • Experience supporting audits, regulatory reporting, financial guarantees, pricing analysis, forecasting, or RFP responses • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives • Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees • Must reside in one of the approved remote-work states listed in the posting
