📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day contract management for assigned third-party service or solution providers and shared services. • Assure vendor operations effectively and efficiently serve Navitus and client needs. • Serve as primary contact for internal clients receiving services through business and technology vendor contacts. • Partner with stakeholders to outline and communicate business needs. • Ensure client and vendor contract elements are implemented correctly and timely. • Track contractual service level agreements (SLAs) and performance guarantees (PGs). • Perform routine oversight and analyses for contractual compliance and service or product performance. • Drive issue resolution and corrective action plans with internal stakeholders and vendors. • Oversee invoicing, scope/Statement of Work compliance, and timely payment. • Manage vendors within governance, policies, and escalation frameworks. • Coordinate forecasts and resource projections between vendors and internal departments. • Ensure vendor access to systems, proprietary information, and protected health information is appropriate and compliant. • Support contract management with Procurement, Vendor Risk Management, Legal, Finance, Operations, and IT. • Evaluate vendor performance and provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction, efficiency, and effectiveness. • Establish quarterly vendor review forums and facilitate corrective action planning. • Provide recommendations on vendor performance, risk mitigation, and improvement opportunities. • Lead internal and external calls to identify and solve customer-impacting issues. • Collaborate with vendors and Navitus affiliates on goals, roles, and responsibilities. • Keep internal clients and vendors informed about customer-facing testing, product/service updates, process changes, and potential outages. • Conduct process reviews and document process improvements. • Lead monthly and/or quarterly KPI and performance evaluations. • Manage vendor performance against key metrics. • Identify problems, propose alternative solutions, and build risk mitigation plans. • Serve as the main escalation point to or from vendors. • Ensure vendor operations comply with company policies and procedures. • Direct emergency action, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery plans to maintain operations with minimal impact. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations, finance, or related area, or equivalent work experience, required. • 5+ years of experience managing third-party vendor partners or suppliers in a corporate or consulting capacity required (preferably within a vendor services/BPO organization or internal vendor management functions). • Experience with procurement, contract negotiations, and contract management preferred. • Experience with business/data analytics and making data-driven business decisions. • Experience with vendor auditing and findings as well as resolution process. • Health care industry experience preferred. • Demonstrated ability to track and analyze vendor performance using data and dashboards. • Demonstrated ability to support vendor governance and relationship management processes. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives. • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees. • Must reside in the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wyoming, which are ineligible for remote work.
