• Handling commercial customers’ inquiries via inbound and outbound calls • Collecting delinquent balance(s) while following federal and state collection guidelines • Facilitating interactions with customers in accordance with the Company’s service delivery strategy • Establishing rapport and promoting effective relationships with customers • Striving to meet or exceed goals and performance metrics set by the organization • Maintaining professionalism and composure in a dynamic, high-volume transaction environment
