📋 Description

• Lead prospect specific inquiries/scoping projects around nCino specific functionality as it relates to the direct user audiences • Perform detailed deeper dive product demonstrations for late stage and enterprise opportunities • Maintain strong industry knowledge of Salesforce and AWS to inform demonstration strategy and speak credibly to platform architecture with prospects • Provide Subject Matter Expertise as it relates to the lending and banking environments • Own and continuously maintain a designated Subject Matter Expert area, sustaining deep, current expertise in the assigned line(s) of business and serving as the definitive authority for that domain to both internal teams and prospects • Create dashboards and reports to represent prospect specific data requests • Lead training webinars for internal nCino to explain recent release functionality • Maintain training materials for new hires to help get them up to speed on the internal demonstration environment • Collaborate with other members of Pre-Sales to understand prospect's technical requirements and specific needs based on demonstrations and conversations • Serve as a knowledge transfer resource, translating banking expertise and product functionality for both internal teams and prospects • Serve as the driving force behind AI adoption within the nCino platform and across pre-sales processes, championing Intelligence Everywhere capabilities in prospect demonstrations and embedding AI-driven efficiency into the team's demo, discovery, and enablement workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a comparable field • 8+ years' experience or combination experience, education, & superior performance • Proven ability to build rapport with multiple teams, especially in a Sales environment • Ability to be flexible with new challenges and constant change in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly describe, educate, and persuade • Hands-on experience working directly within core banking or lending operations • Demonstrated ability to transfer knowledge effectively across technical and non-technical audiences • Highly professional demeanor with the ability to present in front of large groups • Ability to react quickly to complex scenario
