📋 Description

• Partner with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored, prescriptive recommendations and best practices to drive software adoption and business success • Lead and execute complex 1:1 engagements, including discovery calls, engagement plans, tailored software guidance, and recurring meetings • Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for the Ncontracts product suite • Contribute insights to internal committees, training sessions, and cross-functional initiatives • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Sales, Implementation, and Enablement teams • Create impactful Nstruct and Ndepth content to enhance customer understanding and product utilization • Coach and train the broader Customer Success organization on product knowledge and consultative best practices • Contribute to product certification program design and development • Facilitate Office Hours, Release Readiness, Release Readiness Recap, Roadmap, and Business Reviews • Participate in Nsider community forums and quarterly Nsider Live events • Maintain advisory engagement and outcome documentation in Salesforce • Mentor junior Solution Advisors • Maintain current certifications and knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance regulations, trends, and best practices • Maintain SME-level proficiency in at least five modules across the Ncontracts, Venminder, and/or Quantitative suites

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Compliance, Business Continuity, Enterprise Risk Management, or related fields and/or related software experience • Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and deliver results in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong communication and presentation skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and web-based conferencing tools • Ability to work independently and in a strong team environment • Ability to manage multiple projects and work with multiple teams concurrently • Ability to communicate with professionals at various levels in a predominantly remote environment • Consultative and customer-focused approach and engagement style • Ability to navigate, escalate, and lead efforts on complex customer requests • Relevant financial industry certifications are a plus • 4-year degree preferred
