📋 Description

• Build and integrate Ncontracts products • Develop applications using sustainable and repeatable practices • Collaborate with product teams through user story mapping and design sprints • Work within a Kanban development process and proactively identify bottlenecks • Lead by example and use development best practices • Mentor less experienced developers • Participate openly in code reviews and retrospectives • Rapidly diagnose and resolve bugs and other problems • Research new technologies, improve use of existing technologies, and identify useful libraries and tools • Work independently with minimal instruction to solve problems

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in one or more of the following languages and their common frameworks: C#, JavaScript, Python • Strong knowledge of SQL and Relational Databases • Experience writing unit tests • Knowledge of instrumentation techniques • Experience building and working with CI/CD pipelines • Experience giving and receiving code reviews, both live and written • Experience working in horizontally scaling systems (helpful) • Experience in or familiarity with message/event driven architecture patterns and distributed systems architecture (helpful) • Familiarity with systems integration (helpful) • Experience working with an integrated design team (helpful) • An automation mindset (helpful) • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Willingness to submit to a detailed background check if offered employment
