📋 Description

• Represent NCR Atleos as the first line of response at customer locations • Perform basic module-level (FRU) problem-solving and escalate issues appropriately • Apply on-the-job training to resolve task-related problems in straightforward situations • Provide consistent and clear communication through the service app • Follow safety and security procedures when working on ATMs • Complete NCR Atleos-specific training and certifications • Diagnose ATM problems using error logs, service-app information, and a company-provided cell phone • Perform minor maintenance and repairs on indoor and outdoor ATMs • Accurately and promptly report work updates, performed tasks, and call closure details • Maintain parts inventory and related records • Report hours worked and miles driven daily • Work on a call-by-call dispatch or daily schedule basis

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in the specified geographic area • High School Diploma or equivalent • Must be authorized to work in the US • Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting company requirements • Reliable transportation for work purposes • Familiarity with and ability to operate an Android cell phone • Ability to travel for several hours during the workday, including in inclement weather • Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance • Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with hands, and repetitively grasp and manipulate objects • Proof of minimum bodily injury liability insurance coverage of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident • Proof of minimum property damage liability insurance coverage of $100,000 per accident • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, overtime, and/or flex shifts • Ability to safely work outdoors during all seasons • High personal integrity and ability to work with minimal supervision • Good problem-solving skills, ability to learn new skills quickly, and ability to work well under pressure • Associate degree preferred • Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment preferred • Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude, skillset, and knowledge
