📋 Description

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively • Service electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory • Perform maintenance repair and system overhauls • Manage network faults and traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access • Organize and triage customer issues and resolve problems before they start • Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and engaging manner • Act as a first-line response and ambassador for the NCR Atleos brand • Travel within the assigned territory, including prolonged driving several hours per day • Participate in rotating and weekend shifts

🎯 Requirements

• Local candidate to specific geographic area • Authorized to work in the US • At least 19 years of age • Valid driver’s license and driving record satisfying NCR Atleos fleet requirements • PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to travel for prolonged periods and drive several hours per day • Ability to work rotating and weekend shifts • Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance • Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with hands, and repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying sizes • Preferred: familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software • Preferred: A+ Certification, CompTIA, or N+ Certification • Preferred: one or more years of related experience • Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of applicable screening criteria
