📋 Description

• develop and execute a strategic territory plan targeting large banking institutions • become an expert in product offerings and industry solutions • leverage knowledge of the financial market to position solutions • lead complex sales cycles with a solution-based approach • manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing • provide guidance and mentorship to SDRs and Field Marketing • maintain accurate information within the CRM system • develop partnerships with public cloud providers

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of proven success in enterprise software sales • experience managing complex sales processes within enterprise markets • proven ability to develop close relationships with C-level stakeholders • deep understanding of commercial open-source business models • ability to craft and execute sales strategies tailored to the Banking and Securities industry • strong presentation and organizational skills • familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales • experience collaborating with cross-functional teams • proven ability to build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers
