📋 Description

• Partner with sales executives to showcase the value of Neo4j’s graph data platform and manage the technical aspects of the sales cycle • Help organizations understand the business and technical value of Neo4j graph database and analytics technology • Demonstrate thought leadership through platform and use case demonstrations, solution architecting, workshops, and conferences • Help Sales qualify and validate opportunities technically, accelerate sales cycles, and drive Neo4j adoption • Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Product Management, and other teams to deliver continuous customer value • Articulate Neo4j’s business and technical value as a technical advisor and product advocate • Drive the technology evaluation stage of sales cycles • Manage multiple opportunities, including qualification, technical discovery, presentations, demonstrations, proof of value, sizing, and technical decision documentation • Build relationships with customer stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor • Co-create reference and solution architectures, integrating Neo4j with existing architectures and applications in AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-premise environments • Stay current on Neo4j capabilities and third-party integrations • Communicate customer needs and product feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales • Participate in account-based marketing events, conferences, and trade shows • Travel as needed to support deal creation, closure, and the team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in Sales, Presales, Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting • Experience with enterprise data architecture, data analytics, data science, or cloud data architecture • Working knowledge of graph databases such as Neo4j, TigerGraph, OrientDB, or JanusGraph is a strong plus • Hands-on proficiency with relational SQL and/or NoSQL databases • Experience with at least one of Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or C# • Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic AI is a plus • Track record designing, developing, and implementing data solutions in AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-premise environments • Ability to communicate technical ideas to technical and non-technical audiences through presentations, whiteboarding, and platform demonstrations • Technical savvy and business acumen to translate technical concepts into business outcomes • Passion for learning new technologies, data modeling, and change management • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to prioritize, pivot, and problem-solve
