📋 Description

• Partner with sales executives and clients to showcase how the Neo4j Graph Intelligence Platform addresses business needs • Provide technical advisory and advocacy for Neo4j products and services • Drive and run the technology evaluation stage of sales cycles • Manage multiple opportunities, including qualification, technical discovery, presentations, demonstrations, proof of value, sizing, and technical decision criteria documentation • Build relationships with customer stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor • Co-create reference and solution architectures integrating Neo4j with existing architectures and applications in public cloud or on-premise environments • Stay current on Neo4j capabilities and integrations with third-party tools and services • Communicate customer needs and product feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales • Participate in account-based marketing events, conferences, and trade shows • Travel as needed to assist in deal creation and closure and support the team

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of customer-facing experience in a similar capacity, such as Sales, Presales, Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant • Experience with enterprise data architecture, data analytics, data science, or cloud data architecture • Familiarity with graph data technology is essential • Working knowledge of Neo4j is a strong plus • Hands-on experience and proficiency with relational (SQL) and/or NoSQL databases • At least one of Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or C# • Track record designing, developing, and implementing data solutions in AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-premise environments • Ability to communicate ideas to technical and non-technical audiences through presentations, whiteboarding, and platform demonstrations • Technical savviness and business acumen to translate technical concepts into business outcomes • Passion for learning new technologies, developing data modeling approaches, and leading change management • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to prioritize, pivot, and problem-solve
