📋 Description

• Evaluate Current SAP EWM Processes: Analyze current warehouse workflows within SAP EWM to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. • Design and Implement Efficient Workflows: Develop and design optimized workflows for warehouse operations, including receiving, put away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, and stock transfers, ensuring alignment with operational goals. • Process Improvement and Optimization: Lead efforts to improve and automate warehouse processes through SAP EWM functionality, enhancing operational efficiency and accuracy. • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to warehouse staff on SAP EWM processes, best practices, and system usage to ensure successful implementation and adherence to optimized workflows. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including IT, Operations, and Supply Chain, to ensure SAP EWM configurations meet operational requirements and support broader business objectives. • Monitoring and Reporting: Track the performance of new workflows and processes, providing regular feedback and reporting on KPIs and operational efficiency. • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on SAP EWM best practices and industry trends to ensure ongoing system improvements and innovations. • System Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support to warehouse staff regarding any SAP EWM system issues, troubleshooting, and resolving any challenges that may arise. • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain management, with a focus on SAP EWM or related warehouse management systems. • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and workflows, including receiving, put away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting. • Proven experience in process design and workflow optimization within SAP EWM. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset. • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
