• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, partners, cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and inbound lead follow-up • Plan and execute prospecting events and engagements • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline (3x quota) in HubSpot (CRM), accurately forecasting and monitoring progress through each stage of the sales cycle to close • Conduct thorough discovery calls and meetings to understand a prospect's unique business needs, current workflows, and challenges • Deliver compelling and tailored Sales Value Propositions & Presentations that highlight the specific value and benefits of the Neota platform • Develop and present customized and compelling proposals, support development of pricing strategies, negotiate contract terms, and close deals • Work closely with marketing, product, customer success, and finance teams to provide feedback, improve the sales process, and ensure seamless customer onboarding and revenue invoices/collection • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments • Develop and nurture relationships with prospects and stakeholders, effectively articulate the value of the Neota platform and earn the position of a trusted advisor • Understand and build partner relationships and shared value propositions that lead to pipeline generation and revenue • Hybrid role requiring three days of in-office presence per week in the New York office
• Expert use of HubSpot (CRM) to manage sales pipeline, email outreach, events and track activities • Familiarity with modern sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Clay, Google Suite, MS tools, Zoom, Slack) • Exposure to front-end, back-end, or full-stack web development a plus • Knowledge of and experience with recognized sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, Sandler Selling, SPIN) • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred • Legal right to work in the United States at the time of application
