📋 Description

• Prepare journal entries, flux analyses, and balance sheet reconciliations for key general ledger areas • Own assigned month-end close tasks and support consolidations • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of accruals • Review GL accounting work prepared by the offshore accounting team • Prepare monthly and quarterly internal management reporting for CFO review • Support annual external audits and quarterly reviews by executing SOX controls, providing auditor deliverables, and responding to audit inquiries • Advance AI and automation initiatives using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or other automation tools • Support M&A transaction accounting and integration of acquired entities

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional accounting experience in both external audit and industry • Active CPA license is required • Solid working knowledge of U.S. GAAP • Hands-on experience executing SOX controls • Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment • Proactive team player who communicates clearly with stakeholders at all levels • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines • Experience with large ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite is required • Experience using AI/automation to improve processes preferred • Experience with Oracle Fusion preferred • Must be based in the U.S.
