📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds • Define solution strategy, data architecture, and integration design aligned with business and platform requirements • Translate business objectives into scalable, secure, high-performance technical solutions • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, admins, and analysts • Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and adherence to standards • Develop architecture documentation including solution blueprints, diagrams, and specifications • Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, data governance, and best practices • Support production environments and guide resolution of high-priority technical issues • Stay ahead of Salesforce innovations and recommend platform enhancements • Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams • Participate in HR, technical, and client interviews during the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design • Strong expertise across Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing • Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and integration design • Solid knowledge of data modeling, system architecture, and DevOps practices • Experience working in Agile environments and driving CI/CD processes • Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and translate complex requirements into actionable solutions • Salesforce Architecture & Customization • Integration using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and ETL tools • Data Migration & Data Modeling • DevOps using Gearset, Copado, CI/CD, Git, and Jenkins • Agile delivery and solution documentation • Experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms • Understanding of multi-org strategy and enterprise security protocols • Exposure to Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Industries, or Tableau CRM
