• High school diploma; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 1 to 2 years of customer service experience required • Experience in a call center, healthcare, professional products, or customer-facing environment preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) systems • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
