📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership, governance and strategic support across Nestlé Purina’s Wet manufacturing network • Link Corporate Engineering, divisional leadership and factory maintenance teams • Lead deployment of divisional asset maintenance strategies, methodologies and standard routines • Lead divisional maintenance subject matter experts • Develop factory teams, Maintenance Managers, planners, technical store teams and PM Pillar leaders through priorities, coaching, training, assessments and competency-building plans • Ensure adherence to engineering, safety, quality, environmental, GMP, OSHA, EPA, maintenance and TPM standards • Strengthen Root Cause Failure Analysis capability to eliminate repeat failures and provide feedback to Maintenance Standards • Implement the Maintenance Progression plan across all wet factories • Sustain reliability engineering and replicate machine improvements, Preventative Maintenance standards, CIL standards and centerlines for priority technologies • Use technical training modules, tablets and digital resources to increase technical competencies of Maintenance Technicians and Production Operators • Improve Planned Maintenance Standards and foundations to improve asset performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Maintenance Management, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment • 3+ years of leadership experience • Ability to travel up to 50% to Nestlé Purina operating facilities within the U.S. • Must not require visa sponsorship
