📋 Description

• Lead execution and continuous improvement of Procurement business processes, systems, and operational support activities across Nestle Health Science USA Procurement • Manage key Procurement programs and activities delivered by Nestlé Business Services on behalf of the market • Provide subject matter expertise on Procurement processes, systems, and related activities • Partner with Procurement, NBS, IT, and business stakeholders on process optimization, automation, standardization, and compliance improvements • Lead or support cross-functional projects, system enhancements, acquisitions, integrations, and strategic Procurement initiatives • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and business insights for performance management and decision-making • Drive stakeholder engagement, training, and change management to support adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working • Serve as a liaison between Procurement, NBS, and cross-functional business partners to identify improvement opportunities • Support governance and compliance efforts and business process standardization across Procurement areas

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration or a related field required • 4-5+ years of professional work experience leading Procurement and/or Supply Chain projects and working with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvement or change management initiatives • Ability to overcome obstacles in executing complex, multifunctional prioritized projects • Fluency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) required • Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and work with minimal supervision • Analytical, strong problem-solving skills, and creative and strategic thinking • Ability to lead projects and drive process improvements • Ability to work through ambiguity and change management and lead through business transformation • Ability to influence with integrity and drive change across key stakeholders and business functions • Current or prior experience utilizing SAP and/or Power BI highly preferred • Willingness and ability to travel up to 5% based on team and business needs • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
