📋 Description

• Plan, design, develop, and launch efficient information and operations systems for clients • Analyze client business processes and functional requirements • Prepare documentation to communicate and validate requirements • Analyze data and evaluate application products • Recommend efficient, cost-effective solutions • Document functional requirements, workflows, and system specifications • Identify system integration points and make recommendations • Deliver projects within defined areas on or ahead of schedule and within budget • Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations • Support clients through system testing and product acceptance • Assist sales with estimates, proposals, demonstrations, and pre-sales requests • Manage relationships and install products for existing clients • Handle client questions, solve problems, write reports, and perform upgrades • Develop subject matter expertise on Sage X3 and serve as an escalation point • Perform gap analysis and recommend customization, third-party products, process changes, or industry best practices • Complete required product training and development • Maintain current technical and industry-specific knowledge • Share knowledge with peers, managers, clients, partners, and stakeholders • Suggest process improvements and proactively participate in client interactions • Promote value billing and efficiency in service delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, quality assurance or equivalent work experience required • Advanced degree preferred • 5+ years of Sage X3 ERP implementation or implementation of similar ERP solutions • Experience implementing ERP solutions within Distribution Manufacturing • Experience working with Bills of Materials, scheduling, Shipping, EDI Integrations, etc. • Consulting background with a record of delivering complex software solutions within defined timeframes and budgets • Strong business expertise and understanding of business needs • Ability to translate business requirements into solution specifications • Experience leading requirements definition and design sessions using interviews, surveys, user workshops, and product/prototype demos • Track record of delivering agreed-upon business objectives and key metrics • Ability to document business and technical designs • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment • Strong relationship and social skills with ability to build and manage a strategic external industry network • Minimum 50% travel to client locations in the US • May require customer approval for access to customer information, systems, and/or premises
